Goals and Strategies
Goal 1: Expand access to inclusive leadership and global education.
• Objective 1.1: Provide 6 scholarships for students to participate in EF international leadership tours by July 2026.
• Objective 1.2: Launch monthly leadership modules and community service campaigns reaching at least 250 students in Year 1.
Goal 2: Equip students with real-world leadership skills.
• Objective 2.1: Implement six online pre-travel leadership modules and assess growth through pre/post surveys and reflections.
• Objective 2.2: Facilitate mentorship pairings and leadership reflections to support college essay development and potential credit.
Goal 3: Build educator and community support.
• Objective 3.1: Lead and participate in service projects with charities and other non-profits to support inclusive leadership instruction.
• Objective 3.2: Grow a digital leadership community with 1,000+ students, teachers, and parents engaged in year-round campaigns.
